This site is being created as a place to help you bring antiracism into your every day family life. It's never too early (or too late) to start understanding, teaching and nurturing antiracism in our homes.

Mission

Create a space to share my journey in teaching my children about race.
To be an additional source of help and advice for parents and care givers wanting to approach conversations about race with their children.
To promote the importance of such conversations and actions.
To inspire and encourage others to feel confident in their ability to speak and teach openly about race with their children.
To promote meaningful connection as we build a community of like minded people.
To challenge the idea that only brown skin colours are different or other—and that white skin tones are the default.
For children to recognise and have the courage to call out racism when they come across it, whether that is in the media, in the playground, in the classroom, anywhere.
For children to know about the rich Black history we have here in Britain.
